This job specifically required us to only waterproof one wall in our clients' basement due to the small severity of the issue he was having.

Their home had water coming in from the wall-floor joints, as well as wall cracks, which were draining water out onto the floor of his basement. to remediate the issue at had we installed our patented WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system along with our SuperSump pump system and WaterWatch alarm system. These two systems were then tied directly into a discharge line that ran from their basement to outside.

Hi, I live in Suffern NY and have an unfinished basement (poured concrete foundation). The foundation was laid in 2014. So, it is a fairly new build and we haven't had any water issues until now.
