Basement walls/foundation is leaking water

Want to fix my basement water issue

Hi, We are starting to renovate and finish a commercial property in Monticello, NY. The basement level needs an overall assessment to get it up to working conditions for our business that we will be moving into the property for 2018 (basement level will be used for light manufacturing / record pressing)...issues include a complete refinishing of the concrete floor as well as potential waterproofing. I've put a bid in on a pier and beam home that has leveling issues and also needs proper insulation in the crawl space. I'd like an idea of how bad the issues are and an estimate for the cost of fixing it. Also, please let me know if you have worked with 203k rehab loans before.

Crawl space under house colllects water

Interested in steel I-beam (Power Brace) system for a small lakehouse I am purchasing. Block foundation. Built 1968. Top 3 feet of foundation has started to pitch outward. Some places only an inch..worst case is about 2-1/2 inches. Foundation dimensions = 21' x 33'. I am doing a home inspection. If possible, would like to have someone there to do a free estimate so I know what kind of expense I'm getting into.
