In order to remediate the issues that they were having, we ended up installing a few different systems, as they needed a more encompassed system due to the severity of the water coming in. We ultimately ended up installing in their crawl space our CleanSpace encapsulation system to make sure that both any and all water or humidity was caught and kept away from their crawl space. Along with this we as well installed our SmartPipe system around the perimeter of their crawl space which leads to our SmartSump pump so that any water that is caught by our CleanSpace is directed directly to the sump pump and out of their crawl space. Finally, we installed our BasementAire dehumidifier to make sure that humidity and that mildew smell they were having are kept out of both their crawl space and home.
After installation of these systems our client was so happy that we were able to bring back peace of mind to them.
