Hi there! We have a concrete block foundation, full basement. There is one corner/wall towards the back of our home/yard that has some small water issues when we experience heavy rain. There is some small limescale build up towards the bottom of the wall, and the problem seems to occur towards bottom of wall & where it meets concrete floor. I have tried to remedy the problem by building up soil grade from house around that area, I added about 6 inches of dirt but hasn't seemed to fix it.
