Just wanted to let you know we got our radon test results today -- thanks for leaving the test kit for us -- and the results are very good. We're down to 2.2! That's down from 7.9 in early March and 8.9 in late March using the same tests you provided from Alpha Energy.  Needless to say, we are very relieved! Thank you Ron so much for your guidance and efforts in fixing our basement issues. 

I can't compliment Martin and his crew enough ! They were so so great to work with. They were respectful of our belongings and our needs. They were also fun to be around !

We couldn't have asked for a better crew or foreman. The work areas were demolished and put back together without any incidence. It is beyond anything I could imagine. Everything was explained according to the contract and carefully executed. I was hesitant about undertaking the initial task, which required demolishing the basement floor, but I am pleased that it was done The crew and foreman were very respectful towards the property. You can't tell that a major project was accomplished. 

The Crew was great! Very professional and show great pride in their work. I am very satisfied with the job done. 

I am super-satisfied with the work that Basement Systems of New York did for my home. The installation crew was extremely courteous and hard-working. The office staff was organized and great with communicating with me. There was no mess left when the crew was done working. Overall, I am very impressed with the installers and Jack, the salesperson, was helpful and knowledgeable.
