You came and spent over an hour at our home and went over the job thoroughly. Your manager, Susan, was very polite, helpful, and informative. We certainly appreciated that especially because this type of solution to our problem was totally new to us. 

The crew led by Martin was amazing. They were polite and very respectful. They worked so very hard all day long and never lost their good nature. They almost seemed to be enjoying working that hard. The finished work is just amazing. The basement is cleaner than when the job was started. They replaced everything as it was before and we cannot say enough good things about this crew.
