Day 1: Our crew prepped the area, taping off the railings and brick. We skim-coated the deep voids in the top landing, then applied a strong base coat and broadcast sand into the coating for added grip.
Day 2: Once the base cured, we applied a durable aliphatic top coat designed to resist UV rays, abrasions, and everyday wear. On the lower steps, we finished with a slip-resistant concrete coating to perfectly match the upper landing. Every inch of concrete was restored top, bottom, sides, platforms, and coping leaving the stairs safe, strong, and refreshed.
