This homeowner contacted us with significant structural issues in their crawl space, including a deteriorated and unsupported wall, inadequate reinforcement, and a deepened but unsecured crawl space. This step ensured the stability and strength of the structure, laying the foundation for the subsequent repairs.

Next, we carefully poured concrete around the edges of the crawl space. This reinforced the perimeter, enhancing its overall stability and preventing future issues related to the weakened wall.

To further strengthen the home, we used our SmartJack system to support the existing girders properly. By strategically placing these supports, we ensured that the weight distribution was even and that the foundation adequately carried the load.

Finally, we encapsulated the crawl space using our innovative CleanSpace vapor barrier system. This advanced drain mat and vapor barrier combination created a protective barrier, effectively preventing the entry of water, moisture, humidity, and unpleasant odors. As a result, the homeowner's crawl space was now correctly sealed and insulated, significantly improving the overall air quality and eliminating the risk of damage caused by excess moisture.
