Stamped Concrete, Antiqued Fire Place, and Tree Supports In a Bedroom - Goshen, NY

These homeowners had just purchased their house and were diving into a full gut renovation. They wanted something no one else had a space that felt personal, artistic, and cost‑effective compared to traditional high‑end materials. That’s where we came in.

We started with their original support beams. Instead of leaving them as plain, functional pieces, we wrapped them in our custom substrate and applied concrete by hand. Once cured, we carved and shaped each beam into beautiful, lifelike trees. What used to be structural lumber is now the centerpiece of the entire space.

Next, we moved to the fireplace. We applied a dark‑tone concrete overlay, then antiqued it to create a rich, textured finish that feels warm, modern, and timeless all at once.

Finally, we poured a brand‑new concrete slab. Once it reached the perfect hardness, we stamped and colored it to mimic natural wood grain. The result is a floor that delivers the warmth of wood with the durability of concrete the best of both worlds.

What began as a blank renovation turned into a fully custom, artistic environment that exists nowhere else. These homeowners couldn’t be happier with how their vision came to life.

Foundation Rescue Waterproofing and Reinforcement Success for Homeowners - Warwick, NY

We were recommended to these homeowners by a contractor who identified a significant issue with their Monolithic foundation leading to water seepage. The seepage resulted in standing water during heavy rainstorms and spring melts, prompting the homeowners to address the problem before refinishing their basement.

The challenge was not only water penetration but also a bowing right wall due to the water-related pressure from the earth. Despite having received three other proposals, the homeowners chose us over a company that misunderstood the comprehensive scope of the necessary work. To tackle the water penetration, our first step involved creating a trench for a perforated pipe. Subsequently, we dug a basin for our SuperSump Plus, equipped with a 1/3 horsepower Zoeller pump. Grinding the walls allowed us to install CarbonArmor foundation reinforcement strips. We then set up piping in the trench, connecting it to the sump pump, reconcreted over it, and applied our DryTrak waterproofing system to the wall-floor joint.

The result? All the issues affecting their home have been successfully resolved. Thanks to our systems, the homeowners can now proceed with finishing their basement, providing them with both functional space and peace of mind.

Building A New Wall With Waterproofing and Parging - Warwick, NY

Our clients faced water infiltration issues due to a hill behind their house and a pool with a retaining wall. Heavy rains and rising water tables flooded the mulch beds, causing water to seep beneath the pool liner and into the basement. Unsure if the retaining wall needed replacement, they also had a leaking Egress Window.

To address the problem, we excavated around the foundation, removed the Egress Window, and constructed a new footing. After installing a frame for a new door, we applied a comprehensive waterproofing system and installed a Schedule 35 pipe for gravity discharge. Finally, we waterproofed the interior of the foundation.

Since completion, the homeowners haven't experienced any water penetration issues. They're pleased with the investment in their home and resolution of the problem.

From Collapse to Confidence A Garage and Foundation Saved - Warwick, NY

A few months ago, a concerned homeowner reached out to us with a serious issue. Their garage, which housed a car lift, was showing alarming signs of distress. The back wall had started leaning away from the home, and to their shock, the car lift had sunken and collapsed the garage floor. After repairing the floor, they hoped their troubles were over. But the back wall continued to lean, and they knew it was time to call in an expert.

Upon inspection, we discovered several cracks in the foundation, revealing a more significant issue: the home wasn’t just sliding down the hill—it was also settling.

To address these problems, we carefully installed seven Stabil-Loc push piers underneath the foundation—four along the back wall and three on the side. These piers allowed us to lift, level, and support the home, effectively stopping the settlement.

But our work didn’t stop there. To prevent further movement, we ground down the foundation’s surface and applied SRS carbon fiber strips in both bidirectional and unidirectional patterns, using epoxy to bond them securely. Finally, we parged the wall, protecting the foundation and carbon fiber strips from sunlight, ensuring the system would hold up over time.

Since the installation, the homeowner has noticed everything is level again. Most importantly, they’ve regained their peace of mind, knowing their home is secure and stable once more.
