I met with Matt in August of 2007 and was very impressed. His explanation of how the system worked as we walked through the basement and later as he was completing the diagram was very detailed. My questions were answered and suggestions were made so I could decide with confidence. I decided on the Triple Safe Sump Pump system with Ice Guard Discharge Line system. The crew arrived as scheduled. Martin was the foreman. They immediately hung heavy plastic from ceiling to floor to further protect all the stuff that I had pushed to the center and did my best to cover with anything larger than a towel! Martin was very courteous and answered any questions that I had. The work site was left neat and orderly at the end of each day. Each step of the installation was explained to me. The crew was able to angle the outside trench exactly where I needed it to go and the entire job, including final clean-up was done by late Thursday afternoon! Martin gave me instructions regarding the Sani-Dry and we walked through the whole project in case I had any questions or concerns. With all the wet weather we've had, not a drop of water has come in and we're talking about a house surrounded by underground natural springs and with a foundation that was dug too low! I even got to hear the battery back-up pump kick on when we lost electric for a day (further proof that the system was working). Not only is the perimeter bone dry, there is also no dampness along the fine cracks in the cement floor! This has proven to be one of the best investments we've ever made. I wish I called you about 20 years ago! Your people are superior in professionalism and your product is outstanding! Thanks again for the freedom and peace of mind. Mostly because the crew and their assurance to me and education they gave me about what they were doing and about what they were going to do. The job was done with higher expectations then we had! Everything was very good I would tell anyone I know to use your help at anytime.

The crew took their time to do the job properly. Even though it took them 3 days instead of the estimated 2 it was well worth it. They did not rush. Clean up was outstanding. 

The crew that was here was very nice. I could not get over how clean and neat the crew was during installation. They had answered any questions I had. I have told some of my neighbors about Your system I had installed and remarked how neat and courteous they were. I showed off the crew's work. I could not tell you how wonderful they were.

Chris’ response times to all of our questions during the estimating phase were always within 24 hours.  All requested information (cut sheets, drawings, etc) were provided to us in a timely manner which helped to build a contract swiftly and effectively.  Onsite conflicts were resolved swiftly and in support of our original agreement.  I would recommend Dale Giraudin’s Basement Systems of NY due to their workmanship, professionalism, and hardworking, pleasant installation team.
