Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner's main concerns were that their crawl space needed to be waterproofed, as well that their foundation had issues as they noticed that their floor was slopping. Because of these two reasons, the homeowner contacted us to perform a No-Contact Consultation to provide them with a proposal of solutions. 

Because of the issues going on in their home we replaced multiple supports in the crawl space with our SmartJacks with pre-cast footings system to bring their home's floor back to true. Next, we closed the thermal envelope of the crawl space by installing CleanSpace on both the floor and walls to keep the dampness and humidity out of both the crawl space and the entirety of their home. Finally, we installed a crack monitor on any and all cracks that were on the foundation to close them up and to keep an eye on them to determine if they would become bigger or stay constant.

Since installing this multi-tiered system their home has become much more comfortable, they have gained a usable and brighter space, finally, they were able to have a home that did not have structural issues that they had to worry about regardless of the activity that they were performing.

After purchasing this beautiful new home in Cold Spring, Ny the new homeowner noticed that there were several problems that were extremely noticeable with the home's basement, as well as its foundation. Because they are located right next to the river we could not warranty our complete drainage system against all rain, but only guarantee that their home would be waterproofed against average and mild storms. In order to guarantee this we had to install a multi-piece system that consisted of us digging down and installing footings in front of their compromised wall and laying a new block wall, a perimeter drainage system with a lateral on the interior wall, our SuperSump Plus sump pump, a new concrete floor, CleanSpace along their walls, and finally our SaniDry XP dehumidifier.

Since completing this project the homeowner has not seen any water in his home, as well feels a million times more secure with now having a properly supported home. As well they could not be more than ecstatic with the final product. 

In addition to installing a two system waterproofing system to the basement and apartment, we did an exterior dig to install new footing drains & applied a waterproof coating to the walls with proper drainwall

Many years ago we installed a partial system along with one of our patented sump pumps and dehumidification systems along the backside of this homeowner's basement. Since installing our partial system in their basement the homeowners have not noticed a drop of water in that area. Fast forward several years these homeowners contacted us again to help tackle the water issue, they were having in another part of their basement. To tackle the problem at hand we extended our waterproofing system around the perimeter of the second space in their basement.
