Our team installed cleanspace overtop of the rock ledge to allow the water to flow into our french drain waterproofing system. By installing cleanspace the dampness of the customers crawlspace was fixed. The cleanspace also helps reflect light and makes the room much brighter.
We received a phone call from a concerned home owner looking to resolve an issue with what he called "A Nightmare Crawlspace". He expressed being concerned about the energy efficiency and unhealthy environment of his home. After a free evaluation our certified professionals replaced all his moldy fiberglass with spray foam insulation and sealed his crawlspace with our 25 year warrantied CleanSpace crawlspace liner.
The home owner is very pleased and now has a storage area instead of a nightmare.
This job was unique because the footing was above the floor so we needed to CleanSpace the walls so the water from the weepholes gets forced into our waterproofing system. This job required a Flowguard system to turn this once wet basement dry.
This job was unique because the footing was above the floor so we needed to CleanSpace the walls so the water from the weepholes gets forced into our waterproofing system. This job required a Flowguard system to turn this once wet basement dry. Notice how their is no longer any water on the basement floor, and the walls also look much nicer.
We turned this nasty crawlspace with structural problems into a clean and safe crawlspace with the SmartJack suppourt system.
Here you can see the nasty crawlspace before we worked in it, after you can see our SaniDry CX dehmuidfication unit as well as how clean the crawlspace is. We also did home suppourt work in this particular crawlspace which you can not see from these pictures.
Our team was able to remove the cement underneath the water heater and install a WaterGuard System. The WaterGuard system is Uniquely shaped similarly to a D. This helps releave pressure against the foundation which also helps prevent moinsture, and mold. The special design also has a wall flange that also has spaces inbetween the flanges to allow any water that comes from wall seepage.
This is an example of a before and during picture. Our team had to jackahmmer around the entire floor and even underneath and around obstacles such as wather heaters. After jackhammering our team removes the cement and dirt which lies underneath the floor. After removing all of that they then, add crushed blue stone to help direct the water that seeps in through the wall and floor causing dampness, moisutre, and mold. After that they install waterguard which also collects water and directs the water to the Triple Safe Sump Pump. This is what removes the water from the house. Our team sets up two Sump pumps inside of the basin which is perferated to allow the flow of water into the basin. The Sump pumps then are connected to plumping that we also install that led to outside. Once outside our team digs another trench and installs a dischage system to remove the water further away from the house.
This basement had a problem will dampness due to wall and floor water seepage. In order to get this basement dry our team did the following. First to start this job our team set up a plastic barrier to protect the homeowners belongings from the dust created by jackhammering and mixing cement. After jackhammmering and removing any debris from the basement, in this case it was put in buckets then pushed out a window, then hauled away in dumptrucks. Our team insatalled WaterGuard and and crushed blue stone to hold the water and direct it to the Triple Safe Sump Pump. This removes the water out of the basement and takes it outside into a discharge line where it is taken away from the house to eliminate future problems with water entering the basement.
In addition to building a new foundation for this Gardiner home, our Basement Systems crew poured a new, level concrete floor for the garage.
Our Basement Systems crews have many years of experience working with concrete and other building materials. They make sure that the structure is structurally sound and will last through years of use.
This house's foundation was unsafe and needed to be rebuilt. We temporarily rasied up the house on our Foundation Supportworks Piers to make it safe to work under the home. Our owner, Dale Giraudin, personally came to the job site and built the new wall himself!
This home had bowed walls, bowed walls compromise the structural integrity of the home. In order to restore structural integrity to the home we installed our patented PowerBrace system. To fix the flooding problem the basement had we installed our patented WaterGuard system.
We installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System at the homeowners request.
When the homeowners came by to take a look, they were so pleased with the results they happily sat down and posed for the picture with our team.

The homeowner was concerned about dampness and moisture issues. Our crews installed Basement System's WaterGuard sytem to make sure everything is safe and dry, Our crew also poured an entire new floor because the old floor was in such bad shape.
The old wooden floor had rotted away. Now with the new concrete floor, the owners hope to use this as a living space!
